The Hub is dedicated to improving outcomes for individuals in Dufferin County experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use challenges by taking a person-centred, equity focused approach to ensure that clients have access to the care that they need.
The HART Hub operates under the core principles, “Low-barrier access, Trauma-informed and culturally safe care, Integrated, wraparound services, person-centred approach, Recovery and stability focus and Collaboration and community partnership.”
