Supportive Housing In Peel owns a capital property in Toronto West. As building owner and landlord to 16 tenants, SHIP has chosen to make improvements which benefit the existing tenants and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Our Toronto West property has been improved and upgraded with new bathrooms, new kitchens, a new roof, new windows, a new furnace, new HVAC and new plumbing. These changes were deemed important for the overall safety and comfort of our client population. Renovations performed on the building naturally increased property and aesthetic values of the surrounding neighbourhood.
