Supportive Housing In Peel owns 3 capital properties in Mississauga – Port Credit. As building owner and landlord to a total of 22 tenants, SHIP has chosen to make improvements which benefit the existing tenants and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Improvements and upgrades to these properties have included new carpeting inside one of the buildings and a newly paved parking lot as an addition to the other building. These changes were deemed important for the overall safety and comfort of our client population. Renovations performed inside and outside of the building also increased property and aesthetic values of the surrounding neighbourhood.
