SHIP’s Property Services takes a leadership role in the development of all major capital building projects this includes paying attention to building lifecycles and maintaining high standards of housing and property services. We provide:

• necessary upgrades and renovations of newly purchased buildings,
• preventative, ongoing maintenance of our existing properties; and
• ongoing education for our clients regarding tenant rights and obligations

We follow clearly outlined maintenance standards, policies and procedures in order to ensure consistency and the highest quality service delivery.
