Destination Café

Supportive Housing In Peel recently celebrated the grand opening of Destination Café, an Internet café serving a high-quality, unique blend of fresh roast coffee. While the café is staffed by members of our client population, the building also houses 6 tenants. As building owner and landlord, SHIP chose to perform major remodelling and renovation improvements which benefit the existing tenants and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Improvements and upgrades to Destination Café included new plumbing, new electrical wiring, air conditioning and vents, new bathrooms, new cupboards, counters and an awning. Renovations performed on the building naturally increased property and aesthetic values of the surrounding neighbourhood.
